Within his first year working on the plaintiff’s side, he served as embedded appellate counsel in a wrongful death case that resulted in a $9.6 million jury verdict, despite significant challenges.

Max brings more than legal experience to his work. He has served for over sixteen years in the Georgia Army National Guard and currently serves as a Judge Advocate officer.
